Who we are

Shed Stoune is an independent footwear brand based in Casablanca, Morocco. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@shedstoune.com.

Information we collect

When you place an order, create an account, save a favorite item, or contact us, we collect the information needed to provide that service. This can include your name, email address, billing and delivery details, order information, saved product identifiers, enquiry topic, optional order number, message, and consent record.

How we use information

We use customer information to process and support orders, provide account features, answer enquiries, prevent misuse, maintain service records, and meet administrative or legal obligations. Contact-form information is not added to a newsletter list.

Storage and access

Information is stored within the website and the services required to operate it, including hosting and email delivery. Access to contact submissions and order information is limited to authorized administrators and store managers.

Retention

Order records are retained for the periods required for store administration and applicable obligations. Contact submissions marked Resolved are scheduled for deletion after 12 months; active enquiries are retained while they are being handled.

Security and misuse prevention

The contact form uses validation, a security token, an invisible honeypot, completion timing and hashed-IP rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not stored with contact submissions.

Your choices and requests

You may ask what personal information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate administrative or legal reasons. Send requests to contact@shedstoune.com.

Updates

This policy may be updated when store services, payment methods, delivery options or legal requirements change. The latest version will be shown on this page.

Newsletter subscriptions

When you request Shed Stoune news, we collect your email address, the page where you subscribed, the date and time of your consent, the Privacy Policy version shown at that time, and the status of the confirmation email. We use this information only to manage the newsletter list and document consent.

Newsletter signup uses double opt-in. Your address remains Pending until you use the confirmation link sent by email. Pending requests are automatically deleted after 30 days. Confirmed subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Unsubscribed records are excluded from exports and retained to respect the opt-out unless deletion is requested.

Authorized administrators and shop managers can access newsletter records in WordPress. Confirmed subscriber addresses may be exported for use with an approved email-delivery provider. Newsletter information is not treated as an order request and is not added to the Contact Submissions archive.

Every confirmation includes an unsubscribe link. You may also contact Shed Stoune to request access, correction, or deletion of newsletter information.
